Single Address & Postal Code Mapping for Metropolitan Toronto

This page allows you to do two different things:

Find and map the census tract of an address
(N.B. You MUST be connected to the Internet for this task.)
Find and map the census tract of a postal code

This script will determine the postal code for an address and also determine its census tract, providing its location on a map of Metropolitan Toronto.

Enter the address to search for.

Usage notes:

The comma between the street address and the City/Town/Municipality is obligatory.
Omitting the street type is OK, but it may result in ambiguities.
Postal districts such as Agincourt may be used; omitting the city will result in Toronto being used as the default.
Since this script is intended for Toronto, the specification of a province is optional.

E.g., 2300 Pharmacy Ave, Agincourt ON

To avoid potential parsing problems, you can specify the address in pieces. Only the street number and the street name are obligatory.
